1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SubChk (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a dashboard for AI subscriptions, spend, and renewal alerts. It includes:

• •Gmail integration for automated detection
• •Spending analytics
• •Renewal reminders and alerts

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or the law.

4. Pricing and Payment

Free plan: no charge while we offer it, limited to 3 tracked subscriptions. We will tell you before we reduce that access.

Pro ($5.99/month): a monthly subscription that renews until you cancel, when checkout is open. Promotional months, including the beta bonus, are described at signup or on the site.

5. User Conduct

Do not break the law, probe the service, or upload data you do not have the right to process.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its copy belong to SubChk. Your subscription data remains yours.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every receipt will be detected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts above what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms, or from data you upload.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The new date appears on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
