How to Check Runway Subscription & Generation Credits
Guide to checking your active Runway tier, next recurring charge date, generation credits balance, and workspace invoice history.
1. Checking Active Plan & Renewal Date
Open Billing Settings
Log in to your account and go directly to app.runwayml.com/settings/billing (or click your profile avatar in the lower-left corner > Plans and Billing).
Inspect Subscription Status Under your billing overview: - **Active
Plan**: Standard, Pro, Unlimited, or Free. - Renewal Timestamp: Next recurring invoice date and scheduled amount. - Workspace Switcher: If you own or participate in a team workspace, toggle into the workspace view to check for independent team charges.
Open Stripe Customer Portal
Click Manage Billing to open the hosted Stripe billing session. Here you can inspect your active payment cards and download official PDF tax invoices.
2. Auditing Generation Credits & Reset Cycles
- View your available credit meter located in the top navigation bar of Runway.
- Your monthly plan credits (e.g., 625 credits on Standard, 2,250 on Pro) reset automatically on your billing renewal date, not at the beginning of the calendar month.
- On the Unlimited plan, explore your active generations under Explore mode, which run in the relaxed queue without consuming fixed credit balances.
