Separate from sign-in

Logging into SubChk uses Google or email — it does not grant inbox access. You connect Gmail later from the dashboard when you want receipt scanning.

We request gmail.readonly only. SubChk never sends mail on your behalf.

Scans look for billing keywords and invoice snippets. We extract service name, amount, currency, and renewal timing, then discard the message text.

That matches our privacy policy: no long-term copy of email bodies in our database.
